Shelley was trained in Swedish massage with training in techniques for treating TMJ problems (movement in the Temporo-mandibular Joint or jaw area), myo-fasical release, joint play technique, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, remedial home care and various other deep tissue techniques. She has also been educated for the specific treatments in pre & post-natal massage, MVA treatments, sports massage for maintenance and rehabilitation.
